Postnatal Fitness

You can safely start exercising post 6 weeks or earlier at 4 weeks after delivery, once your doctor gives a go ahead. Postpartum fitness exercises are taught specifically to help your body recover from your pregnancy and childbirth. In these sessions, you will work on your pelvic muscles and toning the body. These exercises reduce and prevent back pain, as well as help you recover strength and stability, improve posture, and increase flexibility. This will lead to you feel positive about your body as you get back to your pre pregnancy weight gradually.

In these sessions you will be working on your pelvic floor and toning the body. You also get to meet other new mother’s who are going through similar experiences.
